How do I sign up for a SimGHOSTS website membership?

To sign up for an annual professional or organization membership, click here.

How do I renew my professional membership?

If your professional membership has expired during the 14 day grace period, login to your account and you will immediately be prompted to renew your membership with a link.   If your membership has been expired for longer than 14 days, follow the join instructions but perform the directory search to find your record in step 1. 

How do organization memberships work?

When you purchase an organization membership you are purchasing registration codes that can be distributed to your team to sign up for a professional membership. If your team changes we will transfer the outgoing employee's membership to the new employee. If your team grows you can purchase additional memberships at 20% off the regular rate. In addition to great savings, organization memberships get their own private group in the member area for their team to communicate, store and share files. 

How do I renew my organization membership?

If your organization membership has expired  please purchase a new package here. If you need a custom package for a team of more than 6 members please contact us.  


How do I add/delete members to my organization membership?

Please contact us to arrange membership transfers. If you would like to change organization private group members, this can be done by the group admin. 

When does my membership end?

You can find your membership information including your expiration date by logging in and clicking on Welcome, Your Name at the top of the page. Under "Account & Settings" select "Payments & History" in the left hand menu and then select the "Membership" tab.

Where can I find a receipt for my membership purchase?

You can find your receipts and invoices for your membership  by logging in and clicking on Welcome, Your Name at the top of the page. Under "Account & Settings" select "Payments & History" in the left hand menu and then select the "Invoices" tab.  You can filter your invoices by Any Status, Open, Processed, Shipped/Closed, Pending and Cancelled.

I chose to pay by check, when will I get access to membership resources?

If you selected "bill me" as your payment method for your membership, you were notified to download your invoice (button on the top left).  If you missed that opportunity, email admin@simghosts.org and we can send you the invoice. Once we receive the check/payment for your membership, we will then activate your account and send you an emailing letting you know it has been activated.


Emails & Newsletters

How do I change my digest email frequency?

Login and click on the arrow where it says Welcome, Your Name at the top of the page. Click on Account and Settings and then go to Information and Settings on the left side. Scroll down to Subscription settings and check or uncheck boxes to reflect your preferences. 

Can I find a receipt for my membership purchase?

Login and click on the arrow where it says Welcome, Your Name at the top of the page. Click on Invoices and then select the membership tab in the top row.


How do I sign up for the FREE newsletter?

You can sign up for the Free SimGHOSTS Simulation Newsletter here.  You can also find the form under the Simulation Resources menu in the navigation bar.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email  by logging in and clicking on Welcome, Your Name at the top of the page. Under "Account & Settings" select "Profile" in the left hand menu and then scroll down to E-Mail Address.  Change the address and be sure to scroll down to save your changes. 

Events

How do I register for a SimGHOSTS event?

We will post a link on each SimGHOSTS event page to register for the event as soon as it launches.

How do I find my event registration invoice and selected courses?

Log in and clicking on Welcome, Your Name at the top of the page and select invoices. From there you should see the event listed and be able to check out your invoice which will list all the optional courses you selected.

I'm with a vendor/company that would like to sponsor a SimGHOSTS event, who do I contact?
